- If you have purchased a brooch/pendant, please ensure that it doesn't accidently go through a washing machine cycle as this will effect the engraving and condition to such an extent that we cannot repair the piece to its original state.
- If you have purchased a sculpture, please ensure it is displayed/handled in a safe way. Furthermore, please ensure that metal objects such as rings do not come into contact with the stone surfaces as they can scratch and mark easily.
Repairs:
In the event of a piece becoming damaged, we will always be happy to discuss the possibility of repairing the piece following its postage back to us.
However, this is no gaurentee that we will be able to restore a piece to its original condition: additionally, we may have charge for the time taken to repair the piece.
In the Event of Damages Incurred during Transit:
We take the upmost care for the safe packaging and postage of our art to the very highest standard, but cannot be held responsible in the very unlikely event of damages incurred by postal services while in transit.
